	MRA By-Laws Revision Click here to read the complete By-Laws Summary: The MRA By-Laws were reviewed for meeting NRA by-law requirements, clarification of language as well as current practices. The attached draft reflects the proposed changes. Language to be deleted is indicated as a strikethrough and new language is in CAPS. Article VIII was completely re-written to reflect the changes that NRA has made. The old Article VIII is in bold and the new Article VIII is in italics. Article XIV-Dissolution Clause and Article XV-Amendments Section 2 were added per NRA directives. The rest of the changes are minor and reflect clarification of intent.
