Ms. Tanya R. Chiles has been a Certified Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC) certify by Social Security Administration for the past 13 years. She currently works for ARC Industries /Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the owner of Chiles Creations, a benefits consulting service.

She is the Vice President of National Association of Work Incentive and Benefit Specialist, Chairperson of Conference Planning Committee for Ohio Rehabilitation Association, Member of the Central Ohio Rehabilitation Association, and the Representative for the Transitional Youth Chapter to NRA Board.   

Tanya specializes in the areas of benefit consultation for Natives American Affairs, Transitional Youth, and persons with Home and Community Based Waivers.

Kaylin Moss

My name is Kaylin Moss and I am from Tuscaloosa, AL. I am a recent graduate from Ohio University with a Masters of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling. I also graduated from Alabama State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services w/concentration in Addition Studies. I was an active member and the treasurer for the Rehabilitation Services Club in my department for the 2015-2016 school year. My areas of interest has been centered on youth with disabilities and I have been involved in many community activities that focuses on youth development.

Lebogang  "Lebo" Tiro

My name is Lebogang “Lebo” Tiro from Africa, Botswana. I have a very strong personality regarding working with diverse groups and I enjoy working in a team and sharing ideas. I love serving in different capacities, for instance, I am the outgoing student representative for NRA and NRA Transition Division. I have always enjoyed making a positive impact among individuals with disabilities. In addition to my passion for working with people with disabilities, I believe in collaboration and learning how to better serve to be able to provide outstanding service for people with disabilities. I love traveling and seeing places, and most of all, I enjoy serving!
