“NRA is at a pivotal point and we need to navigate effectively in this age of digital engagement. It becomes even more important to understand our members' needs. The “value proposition” of associations has been disrupted by technology and more recently by COVID 19. NRA is not alone in this and we need a complete review of the organization, from by-laws to leadership structure to membership engagement and more, to increase our relevancy to our members.”
